At the present, Yusuf is the Director of PT. Tritama Wirakarsa, which is a holding of companies in agribusiness in Indonesia. He started his career in 1977 at Hoecsht AG, Rhone-Poulenc in 1982, Sandoz in 1987 and Tritama Wirakarsa in 1995 until now.
Since April 2020, Sudradjat has been elected as Chairman of the Indonesian Crop Care Association, which consists of 60 companies engaged in fertilizers and pesticides.
