Director of Business Development, Jebagro
Paul Romero is anAgricultural Engineer with MBA in Project Management from Ecuador. He has more than 20 years of experience in the crop protection industry, working as Research and Development Manager and Regulatory Affairs Manager for multinational companies.
Romero is responsible for the technical development of biological synthesis products for extensive crops in the region such as bananas, vegetables and ornamentals, among others for Ecuador, Colombia and Costa Rica. He has also worked as an independent consultant in the field of agricultural certifications and good agricultural practices, as well as in the execution of Environmental Management Plans for companies linked to the agrochemical sector.
Romero is currently the Director Business Development for Central America and the Andean Region Responsible for Jebagro Latam.
