Deputy Director General, Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA)
Lloyd Day serves as the Deputy Director General of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA). As a United States citizen, Day started his career with the Governor of California and eventually became the Assistant Secretary of International Trade and Investment for California. He moved to Washington, D.C. to serve as Administrator of USDA´s Agricultural Marketing Service, then served as Head of Federal Government Affairs at Syngenta, and now works as Deputy Director General of IICA.
